- What type of events are considered special occasion?
- Concerts, parties, showers, galas, competitions, anything where you would want to look and feel your best!
- How long will it take to do my makeup?
- For a special occasion, it will be 1-1.5 hours.
- For a wedding, the bride will be allotted 1.5 hours and each additional client will be allotted 45 minutes.
- I will work to coordinate with you and create a smooth timeline of the day.
- How many people can you do makeup on at a time?
- 5-6 depending on the occasion. Any group over 6 will require an additional artist. An additional artist fee of $100 will be included in your final invoice.
- Do you recommend getting a Bridal Trial of makeup?
- In order to book service for a wedding, a bridal trial is required. At this time, I will allot 1.5 -2 hours so I can learn more about you, your skin, and exactly what your vision is for your special day! Taking this time to learn about your skin type will help me choose the right products that will withstand the day and have you feeling your best.
- How do I lock in my event date?
- For a wedding, a nonrefundable retainer fee of $100 is required within 30 days of the original contract date to secure the date. Upon signing the contract, I will work with you to schedule a bridal trial which is normally around one month before your wedding day. This retainer fee will be used towards your contracted subtotal for your wedding day services. More information will be provided during the official inquiry.
- For a special event, once the contracted agreement is signed and returned to me, the date is held. Full payment is due three days before the event date.
- Do you travel to different locations?
- I do! I am based in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. As an on-site makeup artist, I will come to you for your event. Locations greater than 30 miles from my starting point will be charged a fee of $1 per mile after those first 30 miles.
